Complete Home Overhaul

This addition began after exploring options for a kitchen renovations. Our clients needed a larger kitchen with more room for entertaining, but space could not be taken from adjoining rooms without compromising the aesthetics of this already large home. A small addition was the solution, providing ample space for the new kitchen, as well as enlarging the formal dining area. Finely crafted custom cabinetry, large tile, built in appliances, and lots of space are all here, but most impressive is the addition itself, complimenting and adding to the appearance of the home as a well designed addition should.

Major Kitchen Addition and Renovation

Two New Home Additions

Sitting high on the bluffs overlooking Lake Erie, and being neglected for some time, this property was in need of some serious help. We removed the two previous additions, stripped down the main house, and after underpinning the foundation and stabilizing the main structure, started from scratch. With two new additions, a two story wrap around deck with glass rail, new windows and doors, hardwood and tile throughout, and all new finishes from top to bottom, the transformation is amazing. A technically challenging project by any standards, we are very proud to have brought this home to a complete and flawless finish.
